Bought this to mount a scope on a Mosin Nagant and was pleased with the product. For the price, you'd be hard-pressed to find a better deal than these UTG rings. They are constructed with quality materials, the fit and finish is nice, and the workmanship seems pretty darn good. Personally, I like having 4 screws on each ring to keep the scope more stable. Only fifty rounds of 7.62x54R through, but they are holding the scope perfectly zeroed so far. Recommended

Like all UTG products I've bought, this delivers an exceptionally high quality product at a low price. I'm using these rings on a shotgun, and the scope stays rock steady while firing 3 inch slugs. There's no movement at all after putting a dozen shells down range.

A little heavy but very solid. Knob is quick enough to take scope on and out without tools if needed and cinches down good. Should be close to zero every time.The inside of the mounts has protective film that won't mar the optic. I'm going to use these on a Ruger 10/22 Takedown and wanted something that was tough but quick for backpacking. I bought the tall see-thur model first because I wanted to be able to use the factory sights but it did not work. I could not see the sights and scope was way too high. The Tall boys actually had a slot cut out of the top of the mount to lighten up a bit but these were not the same. They make a six screw mount if these are not tough enough for you. Happy shooting.
